Refund Policy

We want you to have time to try Nivaas before choosing a paid plan. This policy explains the one-month demo trial and the refund window for a paid subscription.

1. Demo trial

Nivaas offers a one-month demo trial. The team will confirm the trial start and end dates, plan, room and property limits, pricing, billing period and setup scope with you. A paid subscription starts only after the paid plan and payment terms have been confirmed.

2. Two-day refund window

If you begin a paid subscription after the demo trial, you may request a refund within two calendar days (48 hours) of the first paid subscription payment. The request must reach JPG Software Solutions within this 48-hour period.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us by WhatsApp or email using the details below. Include the property or business name, the phone number used for the purchase, payment date and payment reference, and a short note that you are requesting a refund. We may ask for reasonable information to locate and verify the transaction. We will confirm the request and explain the next steps.

Where a refund is approved, it will be sent using the original payment route where available. The time taken for the money to appear can depend on the bank or payment provider.

4. Requests after the refund window

Refund requests received after the 48-hour window will be reviewed against the written quotation, invoice and any terms agreed for that purchase, as well as applicable law. Renewal, cancellation and any partial-period arrangements should be confirmed in writing before purchase.

5. GST and billing

GST will be charged and a GST tax invoice issued only where applicable to JPG Software Solutions and the purchase under current GST requirements. Whether GST applies can depend on registration status, applicable turnover criteria and statutory exceptions. Any applicable GST will be shown on the purchase invoice.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to this policy.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from JPG Software Solutions. If you purchased through another party, contact that seller about its refund process.
